The human resource management includes processes required to make the most effective use of people involved in a project. Includes all project stakeholders such as sponsors, customers, project team members and support staff. The main scope of HRM the first is Personnel Management; the main objective is to ascertain individual growth and developing new skills. The second is HRM in Employee Welfare, this particular aspect of HRM deals with working conditions in the workplace such as responsibilities and services. The third is HRM in Industrial Relations such as solving problems, understanding human behavior and maintaining work relations.

It can difficult to manage these all team's members, so it is important to offer a clear organizational structure for a project and team’s members.

There are four steps to provide a framework for defining and assigning work. Finalizing the project requirements, defining how the work will accomplish, breaking down the work into manageable elements and assigning work responsibilities. It is important to understand each need, including learning styles, past training, and physical limitations, when determining team-building training. It is important for people to understand and value each other’s differences to work effectively as a team. Three common exercises used in mental team building include the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Wilson Learning Social Styles Profile, and the DISC Profile.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

Is a popular tool for determining personality preferences the four dimensions of psychological type in the MBTI include:
• Extrovert/Introvert (E/I): This first dimension determines if you are generally
Extroverted or introverted.
• Sensation/Intuition (S/N): This second dimension relates to the way in
