After rereading Tina Housers’ book and identified which principles were my strengths and my weaknesses, I took the time to carefully think over and pray about these four principles. While some might be deceitful, or possibly simply off base, I observe StrengthsFinder 2.0 to be a standout amongst the most true. For the individuals who can just finish me the internet, I trust that sharing qualities can give no less than an inch of course to my temperament and trademark line of reasoning. The more one thinks about how someone else is modified to settle on their choices, whether concurring or contradicting a genuine choice, the less demanding it is to helpfully censure, acknowledge, love, comprehend, and successfully reproach that individual when a situation calls. How could it be that Christ has such an impeccable love yet an…

Upon completing the StrengthsFinder survey, it is determined my 5 greatest strengths are the learner, achiever, competition, strategic, and relator, all of which I expected (Clifton, Anderson, & Schreiner, 2006). While reading the text I examined the various themes of different strengths, relating closely to the 5 assigned by the survey, I am impressed by how well the explanations were written in the book, Strengths Quest Second Edition. The text in correlation with the materials provided from the StrengthsFinder survey brought forth meaning and depth into finding out exactly the type of person I am. Learning is listed as my top strength in the survey (Clifton, Anderson, & Schreiner, 2006). I believe I have used that trait extensively throughout…

I thought the Survey of Character Strengths was an interesting survey to take. My first and second strengths were not particularly surprising to me, however my third was not what I necessarily expected it to be, but I am certainly not unhappy with it. All three strengths are values I have always admired because I have grown up watching my parents and older siblings showcase all three. I have consciously tried to emulate their example regarding these strengths and it was intriguing and encouraging to see all three show up in the survey. I was glad to see which strength showed up as my top, as kindness and generosity are especially important to me.…
