The first clip is of Lebron in his house with a bottle of sprite in his hand and he is explaining why he won’t say drink sprite. “I won’t ever tell you to drink sprite, even if I was in a commercial for sprite which I am, even if you were watching, and you are, I still wouldn’t. No matter what the card says.” Then it pans to the guy holding the card and he says “ Just say it.” Then LeBron says “no.” With subtitles under, that say ‘drink sprite.’ They are using pathos by trying to make you laugh or make you happy. They are eating spicy tacos, and there are people sitting at a picnic table and a guy pours a bottle of sprite into a glass cup. LeBron says “ Even if you took a bite of a taco with extra hot sauce and you had ordered a nice cold sprite and you were waiting for me to tell you to drink sprite I still wouldn’t.” It is using pathos by trying to make you feel bad because this guy’s mouth is burning from the hot taco and he is waiting for LeBron to tell him to drink the cold sprite so he can feel better but he won’t say it.
