On 07/30/17 at approximately 11:37,I Deputy Warden N. Christian with Franklin County Animal Care and Control( FCACC) was dispatched to 1416 Seiler Court on a dog at large, no known owner. I arrived at the location and saw a large mix breed dog loose in front of the above location. I spoke to the complainant Amy Lee. Ms. Lee stated the Siberian Husky (White) has being hanging around her house for the last few hours. I placed a leash on the Siberian Husky and put him in my vehicle. The Siberian Husky had no identifying tags or microchip to indicate ownership. I transported the Siberian Husky to FCACC. Dog owner Samantha Asher redeemed the Siberian Husky name Koda on 07/31/17. Ms. Asher did not show proof of current dog license or vaccinations
