With over a semester and a half of experience completed JROTC only a few months ago I have learned and changed a lot of my daily actions and behaviors to better myself as much as I can to one day become a better leader. Among joining the class and using online resources I have tracked my progress and data using multiple websites such as Conver.com and moodlerooms.com. Using these websites gave me results that could help me self-reflect on myself such as my Learning style and Winning Colors that best describe me. Using this info as well as taking the Conover test has helped me collect these results to demonstrate my strengths and weaknesses.

Among my “decreased” statistics according to my success “profiler” on Conover Online, my score decreases
