I have chosen to discuss the three challenges of a leader pertaining to an entity rather than an individual. I opted to do so as many entities make major contributions to and have authority in everyday ethics. Also, I think that result of leadership skills and challenges are more apparent on a macro level. With that being said, I chose to discuss the recent invention made by Florida based, SaltWater Brewery. They created biodegradable six pack rings made from the byproducts of beer production.
