I have chosen to discuss the three challenges of a leader pertaining to an entity rather than an individual. I opted to do so as many entities make major contributions to and have authority in everyday ethics. Also, I think that result of leadership skills and challenges are more apparent on a macro level. With that being said, I chose to discuss the recent invention made by Florida based, SaltWater Brewery. They created biodegradable six pack rings made from the byproducts of beer production. SaltWater Brewery is facing the ethical challenge of environmental responsibility while maintaining a healthy and thriving business.
