Tisch Sims, Founder, and CEO of Rumont Eygo, LLC, was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Sims received her bachelor's degree in Fashion Design at Southern Illinois University and went on to pursue her master's degree in Fashion Design at Texas Women's University. During her studies, Ms. Sims began working an Internship for Nordstrom’s in the alterations department, sewing for upscale designer brands such as St. John.

After completing her schooling, Ms. Sims began working for Haggar Menswear division. She was later promoted as Assistant Designer to the Women’s division of Haggar Clothing Co., Jerell Inc. where she remained for 5 years. Ms. Sims relocated to New York City to work for Kellwood Company, working for different divisions
