Predication: On 03/28/17, Asset Protection Manager (APM) Jakub Orlando was assigned a Hot Line lead regarding multiple allegations against Shift Leader (SFL) Siddika Tammi who was, suspected of favoritism towards Customer Service Clerk (CSA), unauthorized discounts, discrimination, and favoritism. Facts: On 03/08/17, APM Orlando investigated a similar Hotline led regarding similar allegations against SFL Tammi. (Please see case 7077414) On 03/28/17, APM Orlando meet with Human Resources Generalist (HRG) Michael Geyer to discuss this Hotline lead. HRG Geyer stated that the individual who made this complaint was transferred to a different location, store 14217. While in a different location, the individual filed a lawsuit against multiple individuals regarding discrimination. …show more content…
During the interview, SFL Tammi stated that she is not related to any associates that work at the store. SFL Tammi stated that all of the work is divided equally among all employees, furthermore; SFL Tammi stated that when CSA Razid made a complaint regarding workload, she assigned him tasks that are less physically demanding. During the interview, SFL Tammi also stated that when she finishes work either her boyfriend or her brother pick her up at the store and that she has never asked anyone to walk her to a train station, nor has she ever inquired about anyone’s religious beliefs, gender or sexual
