Introduction
The curiosity arises from each and every individual is about deriving what is hospitality. It can be analyzed in various concepts of perspective by different sets pf people. But the unique feature center focused for the customer service remains at all times. Hospitality can be classified into so many types of services offer to customer by various means like cruise lines, air catering, hotel and motels.

Different people say different meaning some say it’s a taking care of the guest, providing them proper facilities make the comfort. Now days the trends have changed. In older days’ people tries to care of their guest make them feel home. Due to evolution everything has change from time to time. Now days people are traveling from one place to another for different aspect to provide them comfort people have started different sources by which they provide them hospitality. Some of them have entered in this field to make profit. Hospitality means providing services like food, accommodation and beverages. some say it’s an involvement of two people one is receiver and the other is provider. There are different kind of hospitality hotel, cruise and airlines. They all have different way of giving comfort to their guest and trying to make an impression on the guest because if it was a good experience then he will come back again. There is some more reason to understand like hospitable is not hospitality because in hospitable owners tries to convince the customer and deal with him but in hospitality it is totally different. We handle the guest needs buy giving him these services, Cassee and Reuland (1983, p. 144) to; ``a harmonious mixture of food, beverage, and/or shelter, a physical environment, and the behavior and attitude of people''. We have started our journey from India, when we enter in the plane we have been escorted to our seat. Everything was going well they explain about the safety precautions and what to do in the emergency situation after few hours we have been asked for snacks and drink. In the night we have been asked what do we prefer veg or non- veg from time to time they were checking how’s everything they were maintaining the standard of cleaning and constantly speaking with everyone if they need anything. So it was a good experience so far when we reached to Honk Kong. We were told to stay at one place their also they were explaining what to do. When again we catch the plane from Honk Kong to New Zealand. It was a long journey for me as this was my first experience out of India but the flight attendant was so friendly I didn’t feel anything. They gave us our night meal according with a drink. After finishing my meal, I took a nap for few hours. When I woke up I was felling hungry so I asked the flight attendant something to eat and he brought me a proper meal with a glass of juice I was so nice of him. When the pilot announce that we are going to land shortly the attendant gave us some form it was new to me so he helped me to fill it after we reached to airport I thanked them for taking such a
