I predict that in the book “Safe As Houses” Lizzie the babysitter as well as David and Suzie the two children will be trapped in their powerless home as the water leaks in and the storm rumbles. I believe that the storm will continue because it has already been raining for about seven hours and the rain has surpassed bridges and roads. (QUOTE) I also think that the power outages will continue because the electricity has been fluctuating on and off already so what's stopping it from turning all the way off?
