Pro Athlete

It's the big day for our first game. I wake up around 6 am and get ready for the big day. I go down to the kitchen and grab a protein shake. At around 7 am in the weight room lifting. I go till 9 and then take a quick shower and dress for our three hour practice. We do a ton of drills from three point shots to free throws. Than i stay for another half hour to practice my dribbling to keep up so i will be ready for the game tonight.

Its around one when i get home and i take another shower. We have till six to do what i want. I watch tv for an hour in the hot tub to keep my muscles loose and relaxed. After i get out and go see my kids, they want me to play with them so i do for a little bit. Around five pm iam eating and grabbing
