Music manifesto is a government supported scheme to help improve young people’s music education. It provides equality to all students taking part in a music education by living by the motto, “Music for all.” The music manifesto creates the framework for music education; it provides collaboration between different music groups and organising to integrate different musicians together. If a child is interested in learning an instrument or taking part in some form of the arts all they have to do is tell their adoptive parents and they will able to get the social worker to help them find lessons. The social worker will look around different tutors and get quotes and sent the child to the cheapest tutor. The money for the lessons will come from the government. The Department of Children affects music makers and users as they are there to help children find their interest. Schools and families are big contributors to the music industry, they push their children to reach their goals by getting them involved in extracurricular activities. Children have to take music as a subject up to the age of 15 and this is because music has many benefits to young minds. Some of these benefits include building imagination and intellectual curiosity, music helps with teamwork and music helps to develop language and memorising skills.
