1) Improve response to supervision/authority- Some inconsistences with Ms. Clemons' responses to supervision. During work adjustment review periods of December 2016, January 2017, and March 2017, there no reports of Ms. Clemons complaining, being disrespectful, talking back, or questioning authority. However, During review periods of February 2017 and April 2017, there were reports of her complaining, talking back to her instructors, questioning authority, or being disrespectful. Instructor noted that Ms. Clemons displayed behavior that is oblivious that she does not accept constructive criticism and she does not like to be told what to do.

2) She has made some improvements in her ability to follow instructions. She produced good quality work in the CRP, but continues to have errors on cleaning contracts (more than two reported). She was encouraged to double check her work.

Her production is low because of her excessive absenteeism. She is below the goal of 60%. She has a faster speed while doing some work. She was encouraged to work quickly on all contracts and be present at the workshop. There were no reports of her moving too slowly while cleaning.

4) She has been educated about job searching and registered with the WIN Job Center. She has only identified four places she is interested in working. She has submitted applications at four locations.

5) She has gained knowledge in the areas of employer expectations, communication skills, and appropriate work habits through work adjustment classes and a supervised work experience (contract work). She needs to learn about job retention and interviewing. Feedback given indicates that she is making progress, but needs to improve in more areas.
