On Thursday, October 6, 2016 Mr. Jamil Bernard met with wellness coach to discuss his resident ledger and to see if any updates has occurred. Wellness Coach seen that Mr. Bernard appeared to be in a better mood than usual. Wellness Coach asked Mr. Bernard how he was doing today. Mr. Bernard responded “good, I recently received a call for an interview”. Wellness Coach congratulated Mr. Bernard that is great news. He acknowledge that employment is a daily strive to receive. Mr. Bernard also informed Wellness Coach that he went to H.E.L.P USA to find out more information on the back rent that he owes. H.E.L.P USA stated that NYCHA has a credit towards his rent of $387.00 and the remaining balance will be taking care of through H.E.L.P USA. The
