Marchionne's Endeavor With Chrysler

After going through the reading this week, I have one specific recommendation that I would give Marchionne in his endeavor with Chrysler. It would be in Marchionne’s best interest to incorporate the clan culture to gain the best cultural change. I have learned that employees can tend to feel more a part of the organization when clan culture is being used. Clan culture can give the feeling of satisfaction and encourage commitment from the workers. This would cause Chrysler to become profitable again and to have employees that put their heart and soul into their job. I have found that if employees’ are not feeling as though the company or management cares about them, it will show through their productivity. This brings us right back to the idea
