Chrysler's assessment of the organization current culture was to categorize by reviewing the competing value framework. This gives the auto organization different types techniques to evaluate and modify their culture. Marchionne pointed out the importance of focusing on quality. His leadership style was that of the clan culture. Some of Marchionne focal point was mostly internal. The final results was that the focus was mostly on financial gain the process of innovating. "Marchionne stressed quality which is an internal focus most related to a hierarchy culture, but yet he disseminated much of the executive power in the fashion of a clan culture" (Kreitne & Kinicki, 2013).
