One memory I can recall in detail right now is when I first arrived in Seattle. I was so scared, because it was my first time in Seattle, and I had to arrive at the dorm in time in order to sign up, otherwise, I had to stay in a hotel for one day and wait till the next day to sign up. The problem was that I had no phone, I had a lot of baggage, I know nobody, and I did not know how to get to the school. The time was running and it made me so nervous and scared. I asked people in the airport to help me and I was finally able to find a taxi. I arrived at the dorm but I was ten minutes late. I couldn’t go into the dorm. I started to panic, because I don’t know where the hotel is and how to get there. I also had a lot of baggage, so it was hard to move around. Luckily, a girl came to me and said she wants to help me. We took a link to Chinatown and she guided me to the hotel and then left. That day was probably the most unforgettable day in my life.
I would say my memory is an episodic memory. First, it was my personal history and second, I organized it chronologically.
