My leadership idol is a character from an American series which I have ever watched, NCIS. NCIS is an American action police procedural television series revolving around a fictional team of special agents from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), which investigates crimes involving the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.
Leroy Jethro Gibbs is a former Gunnery Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. In the main story, he is an NCIS special agent and is also the current leader of the main NCIS Major Case Response Team. He is mostly called "Gibbs" by colleagues, "boss" by Tony and McGee. He is, in the words of Ducky (Gibbs's oldest and closest friend), a man of more questions than answers.
