When I was in Highschool, I was the President of my schools DECA chapter. The other members of the board and I noticed that although many people were interested in the club and signed up, not many knew how to approach a case-based competition or how to prepare themselves. I decided it was best to hold training sessions built upon an opening information session on how to "crack a case". This involved not only the key aspects of how to verbally communicate the gathered information but on the proper body language that will help them seem more professional and confident during their presentation. After this, we would hold practice case sessions
