Charles main concern at the beginning of the appointment was that he would be homeless due his landlord wanting to evict thim from his current house. Charles said that he had not looked into emergency housing or shelters and did not want information on these programs, stating that the magistrate would find in his favor if it went to court. Housing is one of Charles's goals so we problem solved ways to find affordable housing, such as Urban League or other organizations. Charles's girlfriend said they had a few housing options avaliable, but was not sure when they would be able to move into them. Charles spoke about interest in a service corrdinator and looking into the requirements will happen before his next session by the therapist. Charles …show more content…
The child molester accusations stem from when he was 25 and apparently when his name was goggled that news story still appears. Charles did not get into a verbal or physical altercation either of these times, but was angry when he got home that "it took half the people in the house most of the night" to calm him down. Charles had called Resolve three times in the two weeks since his intake, all having to do with anger. Charles identified that being able to talk to someone helps calm him down when he is angry and it was discussed who Charles could talk to besides resolve to help manage his anger. Charles relationship with his wife is currently shaky since she does not like his anger or the fact that she believes he thinks she is cheating on him. Charles girlfriend has made a series of ultimatiums about the relationship, which scare Charles since he says he "can't even be away from her for a night". Charles also says that he thinks she puts him down, makes him feel worthless, and helpless. Charles was assessed for suicide risk, but said that he had no thought of harming
