Personal Narrative: My Strengths As A Leader

I have my strengths as a leader which makes me think that I can make a good leader in the future. First, I believe in team building and mobilization. My group mobilization skills are quite unique since my lower school days. As a leader, I will be expected to lead people and a mobilization is a must because for people to adopt or accept the decisions made by the leader, they need to be mobilized to join the supporting course. Secondly, I am always very critical of issues that I come around and I think this would be useful in the future in a position of leadership. I have to interrogate opinions and experiences that I go through before I can make a decision to make use of them for decision making. To rise to be the CEO of my company I need to rise through the ranks, pass various career exams.
