Personal Narrative: My Strengths As A Leader

I have my strengths as a leader which makes me think that I can make a good leader in the future. First, I believe in team building and mobilization. My group mobilization skills are quite unique since my lower school days. As a leader, I will be expected to lead people and a mobilization is a must because for people to adopt or accept the decisions made by the leader, they need to be mobilized to join the supporting course. Secondly, I am always very critical of issues that I come around and I think this would be useful in the future in a position of leadership. I have to interrogate opinions and experiences that I go through before I can make a decision to make use of them for decision making. As a leader, this would be so important because there are many leadership risks that can be encountered when one makes decisions on unverified and invalidated issues. Why do I want to do it? When will I achieve it? How will I do it exactly? What will count as a success?
To rise to be the CEO of my company I need to rise through the ranks, pass various career exams. I will achieve it after about 15 years of service to the company I will keep attending leadership seminars and discussing with other leaders about how they managed to turn things round Each and every upward progress in the vertical career path will be counted as success.
To form a consultancy company offering similar services to my employer company. I have spent a lot of time with my employer learning to bud businesses. I am of the feeling that it is now my time to have a feeling of what steering business processes would look like. I intend to work it out as soon I rise to the management position at the company.
