The success of our students is our top priority and preparing them for success begins with enrollment. Admissions counselors enroll students from around the country in our 6-week training program held at our Garland, Texas campus.

The HVAC industry urgently needs employees and cannot wait 10-24 months for a suitable candidate to graduate from a “traditional HVAC training program” and that would take and additional three months to a year to retrain. A Retail Ready Career Center graduate has the relevant foundational skills necessary for an HVAC Contractor to build on and to quickly realize the benefits to their bottom line. Additionally Retail Ready Career Center connects employers to the education system, and gives them input into the curriculum. This collaborative approach mitigates the risk and cost to employers of hiring a candidate with skills that do not fit the job. As a result of the quality training offered by Retail Ready Career Center, contractors across the country are aggressively hiring HVAC Tech graduates (see Figure
