Globalisation is indicating to the improvement of technology and communication in the merging of world economies into a single market. This allows the trade and nations to become more connected which results of the concept of “smaller place. This can evident of the dependability level of the iPhone 5 production. IPhone involves the reliable output of standardised product that meet the specifications of its design and functionality. However, the iPhone 5 has been criticised for lack of dependability, such as maps application, in the early days after its release. Due to this, apple has to respond immediately to dependability issue in order to maintain consumer confidence in the phone.
