This is important to me because I’m very small you can say and I want to get bigger and stronger. A lot of my friends are taller, they’re bigger, stronger and I don’t want to stay small forever that changes now. I know what I can become because I’ve already seen it. My Sophomore year I played football and there was a lot of conditioning a lot of running. We ran every day some days more than others, it was very tiring and exhausting my body was aching in pain I couldn’t breathe at all I needed some water in my body from all the dehydration. Every time we didn’t make the time the coaches would make us run again and again until we made the time, sometimes it would take us five times, sometimes two or three times there was always that one person on the team that was slower than the rest of us and couldn’t keep up with us. Give me the motivation to get the best workout I can out of it. Tell them to give me a workout plan on what to do each day like one day do arms or like another day just do legs that day and don’t stop until I feel like I got a really good workout in. Set up a meal plan on what to eat before each workout and after, what proteins to use what kind is the best how much to use so I don’t overdose. They can also help me out by being by my side and if I want to quit support me and tell me to work through it and to not give up also, pain is only temporary it will be rewarding in the end after you reached your full
