General Zaroff In Richard Connell's The Most Dangerous Game

Many people think they can win at many different competitions so easily with ease and no problems. Rainsford is not so sure he can beat General Zaroff in the hunt were he being hunted instead of being the one hunting. People think they are the best at something and they could best anyone at it no problem about it . In this short story Rainsford doesn't really know if he can beat the opposing person He is facing which General Zaroff. The author of the short story is Richard Connell, and the short story is called “The Most Dangerous Game”.Rainsford is going for a hunt he falls of his boat and finds himself on a island he then finds himself a building and is welcomed into it. Do you think there is a place on the planet where a sick person such as the general is hunting humans at this exact moment. If Rainsford didn't fall of his boat he wouldn't of had to go through that huge problem and he could be happy and comfortable hunting his little animals. If he didn't pull through and us his skills and smarts he could of died and would of never see another day but he didn't and he outsmarted the general and won the hunt. If you were stranded on a random island and some random man tells you he knows you what would you can and how would you react. Think how much Rainsford went through in just a short few days on all the things he found out and things he had to do just in order to save his life and stay alive. Rainsford is a smart man for all the things he did in order to stay alive all his tactics and traps he came up with. Rainsford had to go through tough things but in the end he pulls through and wins. If you were put into the situation what would you do, do you even think you would survive
