The four components of effective persuasion are establish credibility, finding common ground, providing evidence, and making an emotional connection. I currently work in an environment where we actually hire team leaders to take charge of employees that work under them. We have about ten team leaders and they all work pretty well and similar together. There are times that some team leads are struggling to be more persuasive when it comes to coaching their teams. They strive for this by first being supportive and gaining the trust of their team members. They strive to adjust to almost what everyone needs on the team as far as coaching and support. Our team leaders are ones that will always gather the facts to keep educating their team
