Comparatively, I would say that you would have to know and understand the meaning of compassion first. The definition states, a feeling of deep sympathy and sorrow for another who is stricken by misfortune, accompanied by a strong desire to alleviate the suffering. To me that would mean to help someone without expectations of receiving something back. Uniquely some people in this world do not understand this concept. How I meet someone is as is. I am not looking for more than you are, and I expect the same in return. Also not looking to see how, or what, someone can do for me, but if that person has a problem and needs my help and it is possible for me to do I will help them. We need to be incipient of our existence to one another.
We have compassion, not just for our family and friends, but for all people. You can have compassion for total strangers. I would say that this is the strongest compassion most people could ever have. If you can put yourself into that stranger's position and work the situation out, you have a strong tenderness inside of you. And I believe that is why people are able to associate themselves with me easily. Because I am not a judgmental person, so this in turns makes me compassion sense very strong.
