On 06/12/2016 at approximately 0110 hours I, Officer Kyle Strand, Officer P. Cook, and SGT P. Barrett were dispatched to a theft at Walmart located at 4010 17snd St NE, Arlington, WA 98223. Dispatched described the suspect be a white male, 30’s, black jacket, black Echo hoodie, and dark jeans. Last seen behind DSHS office on the west side of Walmart. The suspect was gone on arrival. Once on scene, I made contact with Asset Protection Associate (APA), Renshaw, Collette L. (08/03/1969), in the security office.
APA Collette identified a male subject walk out the tire and lube express doors with a full shopping cart. SGT Barrett recognized the suspect as Shipley, Brandon R. (07/25/1982), from prior contacts. APA Collette searched their records
