Effective communication is very important in developing positive relationships with children, young people and adults. Communication that is quickly and easily understood is known as effective communication, the communication can be described as effective due to its ease of understanding.
Positive communication makes children, young people and adults feel comfortable in a classroom environment therefore enhancing the likelihood of learning and gaining understanding from the teaching.
