3. Describe your leadership challenges. Yes, but when dealing with parents and how I deal with their child when they are in school for some parents have different way of doing things. I have learned to apologize and let them know I was not aware and will make accommodations to help their child.

Describe the influence you have in your school/center and community. I work in Mullion’s South Carolina, but live in Lumberton North Carolina and there I am the treasure at my church and the organization Lumber River Baptist Occasion. I have also worked and retired from the board of education.
7. Describe one early childhood education issue that, in your opinion, needs immediate and focused attention. For me it would be communication. This is not just one, but the most important thing dealing with anything let alone education. I have come to learn that communication is key when dealing with both parents and students.
