1. How long have you been in your current position? Dr. Sally jones has been in her new job for about in Mullins, South Carolina for 3 years now.
2. Describe your strongest leadership skills. Be respectful of others and their ideas when being a leader.
3. Describe your leadership challenges. Yes, but when dealing with parents and how I deal with their child when they are in school for some parents have different way of doing things. I have learned to apologize and let them know I was not aware and will make accommodations to help their child.
4. What motivates you in this position? Knowing that I am helping kids with achieving their dreams.
5. Did another leader influence or motivate you? If so, in what ways? Yes, I was influenced by my mother seeing how she worked day in and day out to provide for I and my siblings. She showed me that anything is possible and as long as you do what you love in life everything will work itself out for the better.

Describe the influence you have in your school/center and community. I work in Mullion’s South Carolina, but live in Lumberton North Carolina and there I am the treasure at my church and the organization Lumber River Baptist Occasion. I have also worked and retired from the board of education.
7. Describe one early childhood education issue that, in your opinion, needs immediate and focused attention. For me it would be communication. This is not just one, but the most important thing dealing with anything let alone education. I have come to learn that communication is key when dealing with both parents and students.
8. List the 4 most essential characteristics/qualities of an outstanding educational leader. The four most essential characteristics are honesty, responsibility, being caring, and respectful at all
