The interpersonal skills that I will write about listening,assertiveness,negotiation,feedback,persuasion,interviewing, and coaching. Assertiveness can be used in business by making sure you are clear with what your saying and asking, You could check for understanding and commitment for the task at hand. Assertiveness can be used in business by being direct and straight to the point. People in business could make sure the directions are understood, and to follow up to make sure the task is completed.
