Daisy Rock Guitars Concerning the new product introduction of an ambidextrous guitar for Daisy Rock Guitars (DRG), a thorough analysis consisting of company and industry specific production needs, risk and financial impacts, and management strategies is needed. Through the exploration of operations management theories, insight can be acquired as to the necessary steps DRG needs to take to secure a successful product launch. By incorporating strategies recommended in this analysis, DRG will be able to optimize the production of their ambidextrous guitar, mitigate company risk, and fulfill customer expectations.
