Does cracking your knuckles can cause arthritis? Some people believe that it does and others believe it doesn’t. I believe it doesn’t or if it does it’s a very low chance. to me I don’t know how cracking your knuckles could because it feels good when I crack my knuckles.

Arthritis is an extremely common problem among adults. Research says that when you get older cracking your knuckles can cause swelling in the joints in your fingers. Although some serious cases of cracking your knuckles have been reported, doctors don’t know the full cause. Your knuckles are joints in your hands that control some movement in your hands.
