1. A special operation team would have the general knowledge relating to the work of the Human Recourses Department that other departments would ‘not have access to. In doing so also would produce a benefit package that would have the visual aspect of coming from the employees not being shoved by management. This bargain for the employees could do away with the uncertainty that stereotypical that is associated with communication from Human Resource Departments and in doing so will increase the overall working conditions between of the employees.
2. My response is no, because employees are more likely to transcend towards his or her own needs of Self-Actualization. In today’s economic distress people are losing their jobs
