Heroes are individuals who consistently and continually sacrifice their own needs in the interest of others. They aren't born heroes they're just like any of us fearful, worried, distracted, reluctant Everyday people. Who find themselves in extraordinary situations. The difference that happens between people is when some don't do anything about it instead there turning away from the dangerous situation, and others act heroically and take a stance to help.
First of all, according to Scott Alison,”There are two types of people one, who will leave it up to the others to do the right thing, and second who feel it is their responsibility who take the initiative and the responsibility to do whats right even if it means possibly inflicting self harm.” Everyone can be heroes without being famous it can be a friend, mother, father, teacher or even a little boy ,but not one of these are formally recognized as a hero globally. Seventy two percent report helping another person in a dangerous emergency.Sixteen percent report whistle blowing on an injustice.Six percent report sacrificing for a non relative or stranger. Fifteen percent defying an unjust authority. For an example, a girl named Lauren Prezioso was enjoying the day at a beach relaxing with her husband and her young son. Lauren suddenly heard a women crying for help because her two boys were being swept out to sea they were getting pulled beneath the surface because they didn't know how to swim. She was hoping for someone to help them but instead she dove in the water herself, being eight months pregnant she reached the boys and held them up in the water but she was unable to keep her head up and swim to shore with the boys in her arms. Just as she was about to go under a beachgoer pulled them to safety. This shows an event of saving strangers and risking your life in the process to save theirs. Second of all, According to Escher “The world is full of demons and angels, goodness and badness. and these dark and light aspects of human nature are our basic yin and yang. Each of us possess the capacity to do terrible things, but we also possess an inner hero; if stirred to action, that inner hero is capable of performing tremendous goodness for others and tend to save more lives and become stronger emotionally and physically.
Third,In order to become a hero you must start small by putting yourself in simple places to serve and keep your eyes open to new opportunities, it is also important to put other's needs before your own which requires conscious effort and delicate balance, the better you practice having compassion the better you will get. All heroes learn wisdom and inspiration from former heroes and people who encouraged them to be bold and take action. Learning from other failures and successes and being inspired by their efforts is necessary for remaining strong when life becomes
