In order to build up a multiparty negotiation, there are five essential elements that should be carefully reviewed and examined (Crump & Glendon, 2003). The first one is primary party relations by which the multi-party negotiation can be formed. The next thing that should be considered is cooperative relations which describe the agreement among participating groups. In addition, non-cooperative coalitions are mentioned when two single parties transform to multiparty negotiations. The fourth element is third party relations which usually appear I the negotiation to assist the other parties to resolve difficult issues.
