Trauma. A word which has so much meaning and little understanding. What is trauma? What can be defined as trauma? Can you avoid trauma? What is the best way to deal with trauma? Trauma is a complete mystery but a complete reality. For myself, it is an experience that is completely unavoidable.

Starting 9 years ago, bullying was no longer a “myth”, it became a reality. Starting school is a fear for every child, when they need to leave their parents. Those 6-7 hours away from their parents is already traumatising, but imagine dealing with bullies. For me, I was an unlucky child, I had to deal with bullying for 9 years. We need to see some change in our world. The movie Black Panther is a representation of equity. The movie has a cast which the majority is black. This movie is representing the revolution in our world. One of the main characters is named Killmonger who has lost his father after the war between Wakanda and the world. His father was killed because he stole vibranium from Wakanda. Killmonger learned that his cousin, T’Challa’s father was the murderer. He was desperate to kill his cousin and wanted revenge, and decided to go after the throne of Wakanda. His reaction to his father’s death was traumatising because he was the one to find his father’s body. This experience is traumatizing for any child, to find their father dead. Killmonger went through a traumatising experience but he reacted to an extreme. He went on a complete rampage to avenge himself and his father. This trauma is too much for child and it scared him. He reacted in the worst possible way, he was complete blinded by his rage. Trauma was unavoidable for Killmonger and he reacted in a complete rage. This rage defined him who he was because now everyone knows that Killmonger cannot be trusted and does his action out of rage. He cannot erase his horrible actions who affected thousands of people so he will learn with that identity, when he is only an adult who is reacting of the loss of his father. Killmonger father was his idol and he had his father taken away from him. Losing a parent is unavoidable. Eventually, every single human will lose their parents or even lose a close friend or family member. Being human gives us the guarantee about our future death. Dying will never be an idea which anyone will be prepared for but we need to find the best ways to
