When I started college, my stress levels increased and my busy days became busier. Running is my outlet to release the extra stress in my life. It gives me the opportunity to spend some time with myself and my thoughts; helps me get in touch with my inner self. Whenever I run, most of my worries about school and life disappear and my confidence increases. Not only does running help me release stress and anxiety, but running does much more. The benefits of running vary from something small like the convenience of it to helping prevent cancer. Until I started research about running I never knew all the benefits that come with. This helped me realize that running has more of an impact on my life than I even though before. I’m able to reconnect with my inner-self, while staying healthy and defeating
