In order to achieve success for this business I would employ technologies such as; social media, webpages, email, post testimonies, become certified with the Better Business Bureau and look for media coverage from the news.
So, let’s review each one in depth so I can provide a thorough explanation of how and why each one these options would not only suit but hopefully exceed the expectations of my client.
• Better Business Bureau
The BBB list five points of why it is beneficial to gain accreditation through their organization.
Trust: consumers are more than likely to use the service of someone who are apart of BBB because they stand trust and integrity.
Look for the seal: 77% people who are aware of the BBB and view the seal are more likely to do business with the company.

• Webpage/ Testimonies
A webpage is necessary in order to expand a business it is very cost efficient and provides 24 hours of continuous advertisement. It can expand brand knowledge, elaborate on services provide and why it leads in their industry. The webpage can contain authentic testimony from customers as well demonstrations (if applicable). A customer first stop in research will be the webpage so why not bombard them with positive information? If for any reason the customers already possess a webpage we can always go in and revamp it to bring in more clientele. A webpage should be changed every so often to show specials or events.

• Social Media/ Testimonies
Social media is very crucial especially with the younger generation. For any reason if my client is not of that certain age group people tend to shop with names they recognize so if they become aware of them and constantly hearing about them they may choose them. For example, I know the John Moore and ABC Pest commercial so when I had a plumbing problem I called them because I felt they were the best and I did the same for ABC
