Based on the website, (What Is Autocratic Leadership?, 2015) “Autocratic leadership, also known as authoritarian leadership, is a leadership style characterized by individual control over all decisions and little input from group members. Autocratic leaders typically make choices based on their own ideas and judgments and rarely accept advice from followers. Autocratic leadership involves absolute, authoritarian control over a group”.

This is because the relationship between workers and leaders who can work in teams sat. Leaders who use this democratic style is versatile leaders from various aspects. Normally, these leaders to be more open and provide full access to the team to decide. Workers or subordinates can make decisions and do not need to get a decision from the higher authorities. Othr than that, these leaders prefer to give tasks and challenges to its employees. When the assignment was received by individually or in the work force, their leader gave full authority to its employees to make their own decisions and move on its own without having to ask permission from their bosses to do something. This means that their bosses do not have complete control of any decisions made.
