Acting with integrity means acting honorably and without compromising the truth. Integrity has two basic elements; honesty and courage. A culture of integrity exists in the workplace when employees perceive company leaders as trustworthy and ethical. Integrity is comprised of one’s beliefs, values, and morals as they relate to the culture in which you are operating under.
