9/11: Conspiracy Theories Of Terrorism

Superior Essays
There are a lot of conspiracy theories about 9/11 but only a few are actually believable and backed up with evidence. Before that we have to know what a conspiracy theory is. A conspiracy theory is a belief that some covert or influential organization is responsible for a circumstance or event. 9/11 was a terrible event and many people lost their lives or got injured. The 9/11 attacks on the united states were an inside job. 9/11 was an attack on america on september 11, 2001 in New York city. Two planes hit the twin towers and supposedly a third plane hit the pentagon but it didn't look like a plane. The twin towers collapsed 15 minutes after the planes hit them and out of nowhere a building not to far away from the twin towers a building …show more content…
This is a problem because people need to know what actually happened because when people from the 2000’s were growing up they were told that it was a terrorist attack. That's what most people still probably believe today. So it's important to know what actually happened the first time instead of being lied to. Most people believed the person responsible was a man named Osama Bin Laden. Osama Bin Laden was in control of an organization called Al Qaeda. What most believe actually happened was that 9/11 was not controlled by Bin Laden but actually our own …show more content…
When the object that hit the pentagon actually hit it no one knew what it was because it happened so fast. A few nearby stores or street cameras caught the whole thing and it showed the impact in decent quality. When they wanted to release the footage the FBI came immediately to take the films and threatened them if they didn't accept. The only footage of the pentagon impact was released by the FBI but the quality was so bad that you can't even make out what it was. If the government is so innocent and so confident in what they are saying why can't they release the better quality videos and make it look good on themselves. A great example of this situation is in youtube fitness. Where someone claims they are natural and all this to sell their stuff but they are on steroids. When someone points out the facts and calls them out they get defensive and don’t want to answer questions they get scared and their attitude starts to change. Same with the president and government. When people pointed out the facts and showed evidence the government shut them up. The president had a little gathering to answer questions and someone pointed out something that was wrong and didn't add up and they kicked him out and he didn't answer the question. If they did want to blame it on the hijackers why wouldn't

In the official report regarding the collapse of World Trade Center One and Two the government states that the towers fell exclusively due to the stress that the impact of planes had put on the towers, as well as the fires that quickly consumed the building causing it to fail floor by floor until a full collapse was present. Normally when the United States is notified of this caliber of hijacking they immediately respond. In this case, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) didn’t even come close to responding to these hijackings fast enough.
