I began my search on the driver side where Allen’s purse was. I found a clear glass pipe with multiple assorted colored small Ziploc bags. McQaugge arrived and searched Allen. Officer McQaugge brought a small clear Ziploc bag containing a crystal residue that tested positive for methamphetamine. I then asked to see the bill of sale for the purchase of the vehicle. The bill of sale confirmed Allen purchased the vehicle. The tag that was on the vehicle was removed and Allen was issued a citation for driving while license are suspended and a summons to appear for possession of paraphernalia.
