If you don’t know anything about central processing units, then you should probably go sky diving and jump without a parachute. Today, we will deliberate about the revolutionary technology that is being brought to us by AMD and Intel. Before we start, I would like to clear any confusion by going over terms that should be discerned and understood. Overclocking is the process that involves virtually increasing the speed/frequency of a processor. Cores and threads are the exact same thing, and they may be used interchangeably to refer to the physical portions of the CPU. We will be comparing and contrasting the Intel i5 3570k and the AMD FX-8320. This will cover the pros and cons that come along with buying these CPU’s. This will be broken down into the technological advantages, physical advantages, and scores and extensions. Let’s first go over the technological up side to purchasing the AMD FX-8320. This processor contains 8 physics cores, which is four more threads than Intel i5 3570k and has a turbo clock speed of four gigahertz. The FX-8320, overall, has eight megabytes of L3 cache and has more L2 cache per core. In regards to the CPU’s speed, it can be overclocked, practically, to 4.8 gigahertz. Now, we can take a look at the virtual pros of picking up an Intel i5 3570k. This processor comes packed with four cores and a base clock momentum of 3.4 gigahertz and has a boost clock speed of 3.8 gigahertz. The Intel i5 has rapidity and more efficient…

The specification of hardware is GPU used : NVIDIA GTX280 (has about 30 multiprocessors each with 8 processors, frequency is 1.29 GHz) CPU used : Intel i5D, 4 cores, frequency of 2.67 GHz. GPU memory, bandwidth : 1 GB, 141.7GB/s To get a more clear picture speedup calculated only after the I/O file is completed. Results that are obtained from the proposed differential (data size dependent) approach are compared with other approaches like HP_k_means (for smaller hence low-dimension data),…

What size would you want the third computer system to be? (low range) When building a computer system, the first step is choosing the case size of the computer system and this is exactly what we will do first. So, after discussing with the client the first question we asked was what case size the user would want. As this is the third and cheapest computer system we are designing, the client opted for a smaller size case. The user requested the height of the case to be anywhere between 5-12…
