Stress can be defines as feeling of strain or pressure. Since I work in a sales field, I come across stress more often than many others. I have experienced headaches, anxiety and once in a while apathy. When the workplace stress presents bodily or psychological harm to the employee, it can be viewed as negative. If employee is in constant stress related to job field, it can affect their productivity and not only the employee will view the job as negative, the employer might also feel its effects.
