Ready to be shocked? There was a boy named Allen Martin who lived in the ghetto of Odessa TX. Allen and his family were always having power outages because of the faulty electrical wiring in the small house they lived in. Because of his family being poor all the time they never had money to hire an electrician to fix the wiring.
