of three, they heard about their Aunt Maggie sometime but not often. After Maggie left her had two children, one that died because of a horrible sickness called Diphtheria that had no cure at the time. Of course Maggie always wondered if Dee still had the quilts. One day in late September Maggie decides to write a letter to Dee using the last known address she had for her. About a week into October Dee received the letter but didn’t want to believe it at first so she didn’t open until the next day. Maggie wrote to her asking her how she was doing. Maggie begins to tell Dee about her life after she never returned. The letter brought Maggie to tears when she got the part about the little girl named Helen Faith Kemanjo and her son William Paul Kemanjo; Dee started talking on and on about how far they have traveled and the entire fancy place they have been. Then she asked if it would be okay Dee and her family could come see Maggie one holiday. Maggie began to write but she did not know what she was going to write. So she started off the same way. Maggie started to tell Maggie about her three children Harvey David, Joyce Mattie, Jessie Peter, about how good they were doing about where they live now. She began to tell Dee about how much things have change back home since she left. Dee talked other family about their Aunt Maggie coming for Christmas, and they were all for it.
