Most people think that fraternization is just between a female and male but that is only one form of fraternization. “All the services prohibit personal and business relationships between officers and enlisted members, calling them prejudicial to good order and discipline. There are many forms of fraternization within the military. The most common factor of fraternization is that the relationship is perceived to be unduly familiar and it disrupts good order and discipline.
