    Personality traits of Indians • Indians treat Cricket as a culture. Indians are crazy about cricket and follow it religiously, they refer to cricket as a ‘religion’. • They are also very Socializing. Indians are hardly spotted alone, they are very talkative and don’t mind making conversation with strangers. • Indians are full of Empathy. They are caring and always ready to help those in need. Eg: due to their social nature, Indians make friends easily and they won’t back off if they see a friend in trouble. They also empathize with other cultures and respect it, this comes easy to Indians as they come from a multicultural nation. • Indians are relatively more Conservative, especially the older generations. Eg: love marriages are still prohibited in a lot of rural areas in India, if caught the lovers may have to go through devastating outcomes like honor killings. • They are Rational individuals and they make a decision only after measuring its pros and cons. This is a very helpful trait in the business world, like at the time of planning, building premises and evaluating the best alternative is the major part. • Indians have Superstitious beliefs. Being a multicultural country, India caters to a lot of religions and every religion has superstitious beliefs. This superstition cause hindrances in businesses.
