Pastoral Tableau was designed by Shara Rowley Plough, a mixed media artist who formerly worked in Cleveland,MS. Ms. Plough attended school at the University of Iowa, obtaining a Bachelors of Fine Arts, and at the University of Arizona receiving a Master of Fine Arts.
